Movement has shaped Lera’s life since childhood. Growing up, she developed a deep passion for martial arts and dance, often traveling with her father — a world champion Tai Chi athlete — to regional Kung Fu competitions. These early experiences instilled discipline, body control, and the mental focus required to perform under pressure.

After relocating to New York in 2015, Lera was drawn to yoga, where she deepened her understanding of mobility, breathwork, and the mind-body connection. Over time, strength training became her true foundation. Weightlifting felt like home, and functional bodybuilding naturally evolved into her personal training style—combining athletic performance, structural balance, and intentional movement.

Before transitioning fully into fitness, Lera built a career in the beauty industry, beginning in 2011 as a beauty stylist and later becoming a brand educator. After moving to New York, she expanded into photography and visual storytelling. Yet throughout her career, she remained drawn to one thing: transformation that goes beyond appearance.

Today, Lera brings together her background in performance, aesthetics, and discipline to help clients build strong bodies, resilient minds, and lasting confidence.
